I’m a leadership consultant and executive coach in Northern Colorado. I started as a licensed teacher and instructional designer, and that shows in how I run a room: leaders practice the skills instead of sitting through slides. Since then I’ve built programs with national consulting firms and worked with construction, healthcare, local government, higher education, and local businesses.
