I run leadership cohort programs in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado for mid-to-senior managers and executives. The group meets over several sessions, in person or online, and works on real situations from their own jobs. I have led cohorts for more than 200 leaders.
Cohorts work well alongside Hogan assessments and follow-up coaching, so the learning continues after the last session.
